Delivery Charges

Postage anywhere within the United Kingdom is £2.99, regardless of how many items you order.
International delivery is available wherever in the world you are! Just add your items to the cart and then
when you checkout select the delivery options for your part of the world. Postage is based on weight.
If you require tracking for items within the UK or internationally please contact me for prices.

Delivery Exchange and Returns

We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered to you within 3-5 working days of acceptance of your order in the United Kingdom. This may not apply in respect of deliveries outside of the UK. All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. If your order is unable to be delivered to the address specified by you for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and store the products. If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will be responsible for the re-delivery costs. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment to you less the delivery charges.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction be it with a refund or replacement. Under the Distance Selling Regulations your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund (including the delivery charge) within 7 days after the day on which you received the order.

Any refunds will be credited within 14 days of return.

If you need to return one of our items please contact us with returns in the title and explaining the reason for your return. If the item is faulty, we will cover the cost of delivery charges. If the return is due to change of mind then you, the customer, are responsible for the return costs. When returning items we recommend you obtain proof of posting, which the Post Office will do free of charge. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Any returned items must be returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Where is my order?

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive unless you have been otherwise advised. If your order has not arrived with you then please contact us with Missing Order in the title, please include your order number in the email and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
